This four day course has been specifically designed to address topical and relevant issues within the power and utilities sector in South Africa. Through this event, we aim to empower junior and middle management to overcome challenges, mitigate risk and increase operational efficiency. DAY FOUR: Operational Management

Case study application Delegates will discuss electricity theft/vandalism and develop strategies to reduce this and loss of revenue.
